Golf Outing Packages

All Golf Outings will utilize a ‘Shot Gun’ starting format and will begin at 1:00 p.m.  Golf and Cart Fees are included in the Package Rates.

 
 

Included Services: 

  • Starter and Assistant Starter
  • Cart Staff
  • On Course Contest Indicators
  • Tournament Scoring
  • Driving Range and Putting Green available before tournament
  • Use of Clubhouse Locker Room Facilities with attendants
  • Pro Shop will be open before start of play and following awards presentation, for redemption of prizes.
  • ACC will donate a Gift Certificate of Golf for four (4) with carts to be used for your raffle or Auction.

VISAGE GPS & Advertising

Before, during and after the round, our VISAGE mobile golf information system will enhance your guests and sponsor experience.

  • Rules of Play
      • Unless otherwise posted, U.S.G.A. rules shall govern all play.
      • Replace all divots.
      • Rake sand traps as required.
      • Repair all ball marks on greens.
      • Please leave greens before recording scores.
      • Maintain position on the through considerate play.
  • Golf Cart Usage
    • A list of golfers must be provided to the Golf Staff at least two (2) business days in advance of the scheduled event. The Golf Staff will accommodate specific requests as to pairings, hole assignments and tournament format if possible.
       

      The following regulations apply to golf cart usage:

      • Only 2 passengers are permitted per cart.
      • Carts are provided for one (1) 18 hole round of golf ONLY.
      • Carts may not be driven on tees and should be driven on the paths provided or in the roughs whenever possible.
      • All players must obey all posted cart signs, particularly if conditions dictate a “rough only” rule.
  • Dress Code
    • Golf Course, Driving Range, Clubhouse

      Proper attire is required at all times. Short shorts and cut offs are not permitted. All sport shirts must have collars. Tee shirts are not permitted. Ladies are requested to have shorts and skirts of acceptable length. Note-Soft Spikes Only
