The enclosed menus are suggestions for your planning purposes.
Our Catering staff will be happy to assist in formulating special menus to meet your specific needs.
If you have a special request or personal favorite not listed on these menus, please let us know.
Vegetarian and other dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
Deposits are required to confirm specific dates for use of the Club facilities. Please ask your Director of Banquet Services for specific details.
All food and beverage charges are subject to a 15% catering fee and 5% gratuity. Food, beverage and catering fees are subject to 8% sales tax. The monies collected from the Catering fee will be used to pay a portion of the salaries of our Banquet, Kitchen and Administrative Staff. The gratuities will go to your service staff. Additional gratuity is not required, but if you r wait staff exceeded your expectations you may leave an additional gratuity that will go directly to the staff who worked your party. Groups requesting tax-exempt status must provide the Club with a valid New York State Tax Exemption Form. Menu prices are subject to change. Specific menu prices may be confirmed six months prior to an event.
Menu Selections and Guarantees
You are requested to choose a maximum of 3 Lunch or Dinner Entree Selection for your group. If additional selections are required, the highest of the selected entree prices will apply to all entrees. Multiple entree selections require a specific entree count guarantee in advance. The final guarantee of attendees for an event is required three business days prior to the event. In the event no guarantee is received, the initial expected number of guests will apply. The Club will be prepared to serve 5 percent over the guarantee number, and reserves the right to substitute items if required.
Menu prices include a selection of standard linen choices and table decorations. Additional charges may apply for room rental, room set-up, bartender/cashier fees, station attendant fees, other labor charges, equipment rental charges, flower and decoration charges, valet parking and cleaning charges. To facilitate your event, Valet Parking is available upon request for all groups.

All charges incurred by Albany Country Club members are payable within the standard Club Account billing cycles. All charges incurred by Non-Members, must be paid by the conclusion of the event, unless prior credit and billing arrangements have been made.
Albany Country Club will not assume responsibility for damages or loss of any materials or articles left on the premises either prior to, during or after a function.
Publicity and Advertising
Albany Country Club requires that all persons, groups and organizations receive prior approval to use the Club’s name in any public print, radio or television advertising.
